Quantum steering into the past

A Nature paper claims:
Physicists have demonstrated that making a decision about whether or not to entangle two photons can be made after you've already measured the states of the photons."

If they really found an experiment that reverses cause and effect, it would be headline news. Nobel prizes would be given. It would be hailed as the most profound discovery of the last century, if not the last millennium. Like paychic telekinesis, or perpetual motion machines. I don't doubt that they have a clever experiment for confirming some quantum mechanics formula, but quantum mechanics has no way to reverse cause and effect.
