There also is no "outside a body" in a model of an empty universe. All black hole models pertain to a universe containing only one mass. The field equations are also highly non linear, so you CAN'T pile up more matter in them...ooops, I forgot, Hawking did so anyway, but only because he permitted division by zero when he inserted mass into an empty space time. I guess division by zero is ok, and 'highly non-linear' means something else to him. There are NO KNOWN SOLUTIONS to two or more masses in Einstein's field equations. Once again, all black hole solutions pertain to a universe containing only one mass. Go outside tonight and look up.
